CQUY800 hydraulic crawler crane has strong hoisting capacity, big
liting weight, good anti-slip property, lower roadbed requirement.
which is widely used for the big factory construction working such
as petrochemical industry, electricity, metallurgy, chemical
industry and nuclear energy.
In order to meet the market demands and improve product's cost
performance, our company designed the crawler crane for the
high-end users based on the many years of construction machinery's
production experience. This product has a good lifting performance,
360° turning and
telescopic crawler. The length of main boom is 13-58m, length of
fixed auxiliary boom is 9-18m.
Main Features:
1. CQUY800 hydraulic crawler crane adopts CUMMINS QSL-9 Diesel
Engine, up to Euro III emission standard, with advantages of the
reliable power and economy.
2. Key components adopt famous international brands; main pump,
motor are from Rexroth, hydraulic pipe and joints are from USA's
Parker.
3. Both the main and the axiliary lifting winch has equipped with
unique free fall function. The max pull capacity in single lay can
achieve 18t. Service grade designed according to M7 level, both
winches can be worked simultaneously with less fuel consumption and
more effective operation.
4. Open-type pump-controlled variable system, constant power
control, independent heat dissipation.
5. Boom backbone tube adopts high-strength thin boom steel tube
from Germany's Mannesmann, with the light weight and high loading
capacity, which greatly lifing capacity.
6. Through the composition of different booms, the length of the
main arm could reach 58m, and it could install 13.5m accessory
booms when the length is 52m and could install 18m accessory boom
when the length is 49m.
7. Telescopic chassis structure can improve the stability in
working and be easy for transportation. The truck frame and the
under frame adopt plug-in connection, which is easy to assembly.
The transportation weight of the parts is light; the transport
weight of largest part is not more than
45t. After what it adopts vertical outrigger oil cylinder and
removed the beam of crawler, the transport weight of largest part
is not more than 28 t, which is convenient for transportation.
8. The new type cab with the wide views, which is equipped with top
grade seat, and air-conditioning system, Car-DVD system, provides
driver comfortable operation and pleasured working environment.
9. To realize belt-loading move on account of the powerful
